I live at the address overleaf. I have lived at these premises since 27th January 1997. I live there with my son Michael aged seven and my boyfriend Matthew John THOMPSON.

Matthew and me have been together now for about a year but we
have only recently moved in officially together since January this year. Before that he used to stay sometimes at my flat on the Old Barn Estate. We have known each other since we were in school together at St Julians.

During the time that we have been together Matthew and I have had many rows seme of them violent in fact seme of the times I have had to call for the help of the Police because of his actions. During these rows sometimes he would injure me by punching and kicking me.

The last time that he hurt me badly was when we were in Cardiff
together with a friend of ours Mark PONTIN. We had gone to Branigans, we had a terrible row and he punched and kicked the Police arrested him.
