At 4.35pm on Tuesday 8th April 1997, I was at 60 Greenmeadow Way
Cwmbran when DC596 Weller showed me a black handled carving knife
(Pol Ref No DSG1)

I immediately recognised the knife as identical to the one that
had seen at 8 Comorant Way Dufrryn Newport on 1st March 1997, in

Cindy paginton's posession. : recognised it because it is very

similar to one that I have myself.

In relation to my previous statement where I stated that I had
arrived at 8 Cormorant Way at 1.15am on 1st March 1997. I now believe
I made a mistake by about an hour and that I believe that the time I
arrived would have been more like 2.15am. I only glanced quickly at
the clock. I amend my previous statments accordingly.
