I reside at the address over and I am presently in training in the Princes Trust Volunteers doing a self development course. Also living in the flat is a Jason HITCIMXI3I and a David JOHNSEY. I have lived at this flat for about a month and half. I have known a Paul PAGINTON for about 4 months, through David JOHNSEY. Last night Friday 28th February 1997, myself and David JOHNSEY were in the flat alone. I recall falling asleep about lam. I then remember being woken up by people talking around 4am. I could see Paul PAGINTON pacing up and down in the living room. JOHNSEY was nowhere to be seen. I said to PAGINTON "What's happening?"
